Welcome to the Theooma Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). This is a contract between you and Theooma and we want you to know your rights and ours before you use the Theooma website or app ("Theooma" or the "App"). These terms will govern your access and use of the App through which energy healing and alternative health services may be provided (the Services). Please take a few minutes to read these Terms before you use the App, because once you access, view or use it, you are legally bound by these Terms (it's best to read them all first!). Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (which form part of these Terms).
Please be aware that if you subscribe to the Services for a period of time (the "Initial Term"), your subscription periods will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration as the Initial Term at Theooma then-current price for such Services, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.
By accessing or using the Theooma app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Theooma's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
The materials on Theooma's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Theooma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Theooma does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Theooma may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Theooma does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Theooma has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Theooma of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Theooma may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Area and postcode search uses Google Maps Platform. By using these features, you are also bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Please see the Google Privacy Policy and our location privacy information.
Displayed distances are approximate straight-line distances from your selected area centre or device location to the healer's session postcode centre. They are not driving distances, travel times or exact meeting addresses. Confirm the meeting arrangements with your healer. Location search applies to UK in-person services; virtual sessions remain available worldwide.
The Community lets members ask questions about healing and wellbeing and lets approved healers answer them. You must be 18 or over to use it.
Posting. Clients can ask questions. Only healers approved by Theooma, and the Theooma team, can answer. Every question and answer is reviewed before it appears. You can edit a post until it is published; after that you can delete it and post again. You keep ownership of what you post and give Theooma a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it within the App and through share links, for as long as it remains posted. We will ask your permission before quoting or featuring your post outside the App, for example on social media.
Community Guidelines. Do not post anything that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, misleading or spam, or that shares someone else's personal information. Do not advertise or ask people to contact or pay you outside the App. Healers must not diagnose conditions, claim or imply that healing can treat or cure a physical or mental medical condition, advise anyone to stop or change medical treatment or medication, or make any claim about treating cancer. Answers share personal perspectives and are not medical advice; always consult a GP or qualified health professional about medical concerns.
Reporting and blocking. You can report any question or answer and block any member from the App. We review reports and may temporarily hide content while we do. Reports about self-harm or illegal content are prioritised. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Removal and suspension. We may decline, remove or hide content, and restrict or suspend accounts, that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines or that we must remove by law. We will tell you when we remove your content and why. You can ask us to review a decision by contacting Support in the App or info@theooma.com.
Deleting your content. You can delete your questions and answers at any time. Deleting a question also removes its answers from view. We keep removed content for up to 90 days for safety and legal reasons, and longer only where the law requires it or a legal claim is pending.
